Santa Casa de Ponta Grossa opens registrations for birthday run

The Santa Casa de Ponta Grossa is with registration open for the Anniversary Race and Hike, which will be held on December 13, 2026. The event celebrates 114 years of the hospital and promises to bring together athletes, families and residents of the region in a morning dedicated to sport, leisure and solidarity.
The program will feature races of 5 km and 10 km, in addition to walking and a special category for children. All starts will take place in front of the Santa Casa, at Ponta Grossa.
The initiative seeks to bring the institution of the Campos Gerais community even closer, bringing together patients, employees, health professionals and the general population.
Race celebrates 114 years of Santa Casa
The provider of the Santa Casa, Juarez Antônio Carvalho, highlights that the race represents an opportunity to celebrate the trajectory of the institution alongside the people who are part of its history.
"To celebrate the anniversary of the Santa Casa is to celebrate a story built by many people. We want this event to be a moment of encounter with the community, uniting sport and solidarity,” he says.
According to him, the proposal is to hold an open celebration to the population, involving different generations and valuing the relationship of Santa Casa with the residents of Ponta Grossa and Campos Gerais.

Entries for the Santa Casa Anniversary Race and Hike are now available on the Ticket Sports platform.
To participate in the 5 km and 10 km races, the values start at R$ 49,90.
The hike and the Kids category have registration of R$ 25.00, in addition to the delivery of 1 kg of non-perishable food.
Interested parties can also take advantage of a promotional lot with a 30% discount through the You in the PRC app. The benefit is limited to the first 500 places.

Check the departure times
The program begins at 7am on December 13, with the start of the 5km race. Then, at 7:05 am, it will be the turn of the runners registered in the 10 km.
The participants of the walk start the route at 7:10. The children enter into action from 8:30 am, with the start of the Kids category.
