Flávio Bolsonaro in Ponta Grossa marked the political agenda on Saturday (5), with the senator’s visit to the former special adviser of International Affairs of the government Jair Bolsonaro, Filipe Martins, who is imprisoned in the Public Chain Hildebrando de Souza.

The passage through the municipality had a strong security scheme in the prison unit region. Even with the rain, supporters remained at the scene accompanying the arrival and departure of the MP.

The movement gathered about 60 people, who carried messages of support for the senator and demonstrations of criticism of the Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF). The presence of the group caught the attention of those passing through the region.

Flávio Bolsonaro arrived accompanied by political allies, among them the senator and candidate for the Government of Paraná, Sergio Moro (PL), the federal deputy and candidate for the Senate, Filipe Barros (PL), the businessman Ricardo Zampieri (PL), candidate for state deputy, and the mayor of Ponta Grossa, Elizabeth Schmidt (PL).

After the visit to Filipe Martins, the senator gave a press conference in front of the Hildebrando de Souza Public Chain. During the speech, he commented on the national political scenario and criticized the minister of Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), Alexandre de Moraes.

According to Flávio Bolsonaro, the so-called fake news investigation was used to pursue political adversaries. The senator also stated that, if elected president of the Republic, he intends to work to recover the credibility of the institutions.

The visit of Flávio Bolsonaro took place during the period of preparation for the elections of 2026, as political leaders intensify agendas throughout the country.

The movement was accompanied by security teams throughout the stay of the senator in the municipality. After the interview, Flávio Bolsonaro left the site accompanied by allies and the security team.
