Sesc offers free scholarship places for Early Childhood Education in Ponta Grossa

Sesc offers 100% free scholarships to Educação Infantil on Ponta Grossa for the academic year 2027. Applications are now open and continue until September 22, with opportunities for children between 3 and 6 years.

The information was presented by Sesc education analyst Juliane Morais during an interview with BnT News on Friday (4). According to her, the priority public of the scholarships are children of workers in the trade of goods, services and tourism, such as employees of stores, supermarkets, hotels and establishments of other segments served by Sesc.

To participate in the process, the family must have a per capita income of up to two minimum wages, considering the people who live in the same residence.

Bags include uniform, material and snack

Selected students will be entitled to a scholarship for the entire academic year, including teaching material, uniform and snack.

According to Juliane, SESC has been working for approximately 25 years with Educação Infantil, developing a pedagogical proposal that places the child as a protagonist of the learning process. “It’s worth checking out the notice and it’s worth signing up,” he said during the interview.

Interested families must submit the required documentation, including proof of family income, directly to the Secretariat of the Sesc. After the closure of the registration, all requests will be analyzed and a notice will be published with the classification and those summoned.

Which classes have vacancies

The SESC works with the classes of Infant 3, Infant 4 and Infant 5. During the interview, Juliane reported that there are vacancies available for Infant 3, in the morning or full-time, and for Infant 4, full-time.

Places are limited and the amount available can be consulted in the notice.

Service will be at Sesc of Theodoro Rosas

A highlight during the interview is that the activities of Educação Infantil are carried out in the Sesc unit of Rua Theodoro Rosas, and not in Sesc Estação Saudade. Other services are available in the same unit, including a gym, dental clinic and restaurant.

In addition to the free scholarships, Sesc also offers paid positions on the Educação Infantil.
