Tibagi aligns steps for construction of 50 houses under the FAR Agravamento program
During the meeting, the housing project for Faixa 2 was also discussed, which should enter the bidding process soon.
The City of Tibagi held last week a meeting with representatives of the company Piacentini to align the next stages of the housing projects planned for the municipality. The meeting was attended by the mayor Rildo Leonardi, the deputy mayor Helynez Ribas, the municipal secretary of Housing, Leopoldo Scheraiber, and the engineer Henrique Schiochet.
Among the subjects discussed was the undertaking linked to the FAR Aggravation program, which is the construction of 50 houses in Vila São José, with the aim of defining the Municipality’s counterparts and the necessary procedures to advance in the formalization of the contract with Caixa Econômica Federal.
During the meeting, the housing development of Band 2 was also discussed, which should enter into the tendering process soon. The initiative expands the possibilities of offering new housing units in the municipality, contemplating a larger range of families seeking access to their own home.
For the Secretary of Housing, Leopoldo Scheraiber, the alignment between the Municipality, the responsible company and the bodies involved is important to ensure the progress of the projects. “We are working to move these projects forward and expand opportunities for families to access housing. Every step needs to be closely monitored, and our goal is to seek solutions for these enterprises to leave the paper,” he said.
According to Mayor Rildo, “the municipal administration will continue to monitor and invest in the housing developments planned for the municipality.”
