Tibagi enters the final phase to start construction of 50 homes

The mayor of Tibagi, Rildo Leonardi, met on Thursday afternoon (10) with the Municipal Housing Secretariat and representatives of the Union for Housing, to align the last details before the start of the infrastructure works of the housing development in the city.

The meeting dealt with the necessary steps for the execution of the project and marked the advancement of the municipality towards the final phase of planning the works. With the drop of the suspensive clauses, the City Hall and the entity responsible for the project are working on the last adjustments to start the construction of the dwellings.

In all, the project envisages the construction of 50 houses, which will benefit 50 families of Tibagi through the Union for Popular Housing program.

“We are working on the final details to start the works. It is an important step so that we can move forward with the infrastructure and, later, with the construction of the housing,” said Mayor Rildo Leonardi.

The Secretary of Housing, Leopoldo Scheraiber, explains that the documentation and pending work necessary for the progress of the project have been overcome. Now, the team focuses efforts on planning execution. “After the documentation and pending phase, we entered the final phase of planning to begin the construction of the 50 housing units of the Union for Popular Housing program. It will be 50 families benefiting, who will realize the dream of their own home,” he said.
