The official delivery was carried out by the mayor Rildo Leonardi and the deputy mayor Helynez Ribas. The vehicles were received by the municipal secretary of Health, Sérgio Aldo, and by the coordinator of Transport, César.
The new ambulances were won through a partnership between the City of Tibagi and the State Government of Paraná. According to the Municipality, the vehicles will be distributed strategically to serve different regions.
One of the ambulances will remain at the headquarters of Tibagi. The second vehicle will be destined for the communities of Amparo and São Bento, while the third unit will be available to the population of Caetano Mendes.
Reinforcement for districts
According to the mayor Rildo Leonardi, the expansion of the fleet seeks to improve the conditions of care and offer more safety during the transport of patients, especially for those who live in the districts.

The mayor also pointed out that Amparo and São Bento had already received, last week, an ambulance Toyota Hilux. With the new delivery, communities will have one more vehicle available to bolster the service.
“Last week we delivered an ambulance to Amparo and São Bento. Now comes more this one, bigger and more equipped, to add to the service of the community,” said Rildo.
Vehicles pass through documentation
Before they start operating, the three ambulances will still go through the necessary documentation procedures.
