UEPG homologates result of Journalism professor competition in Ponta Grossa
UEPG homologated the final result of the public competition for a teaching position in the area of Editorial Production Concepts, Techniques and Processes in Journalism. The overall ranking published in the Official Gazette includes 14 candidates.
The competition for Professor of Journalism of the State University of Ponta Grossa (UEPG) had the final result approved and published. The list appears in the last Monday (28) edition of the Official Gazette of Paraná and involves a teaching position in the area of Concepts, Techniques and Processes of Editorial Production in Journalism, with a work regime of 40 hours.
The approval is contained in Ordinance R. No. 2026.631, linked to the public competition for proofs and titles for the provision of teaching positions not incumbent members of the career of the Public Magisterium of Higher Education of Paraná. The selection is linked to the Applied Social Sciences Sector and the Journalism Department of UEPG.
Results show 14 classifieds
In the general classification, Guilherme Gonçalves de Carvalho appears in the first place. Then there are Manoel Moabis Pereira dos Anjos and Hélder Samuel dos Santos Lima.

Kevin Willian Kossar Furtado, sixth in the general list, appears in first place in this modality, while Afonso Ferreira Verner, eighth in the general classification, occupies the second position in the reserve of places.
The Board of Directors confirmed approval
In addition to the ordinance signed by the rector Ivo Mottin Demiate, the Official Gazette brings Resolution CA no 2026.296, by which the Board of Directors of UEPG approved Ordinance R. no 2026.631. The Council considered the matter at a meeting held on 21 September. The resolution confirms the approval of the final result for the area of Editorial Production in Journalism. The decision came into effect from publication.
It is important to note that the published act deals with the approval of the result of the competition. The document consulted does not inform, in this section, the date of appointment, possession or start of the activities of the candidate ranked first. Therefore, approval should not be treated as automatic appointment.
