UEPG releases results of two selection processes; see how to consult the lists

The State University of Ponta Grossa (UEPG) has released the results of two selection processes for entry into higher education. The publications, carried out on Tuesday (20) and Wednesday (21), contemplate the Indigenous Peoples' Vestibular 2027 and the selection for the higher course of Technologist in Football, offered in the Distance Education (EAD) modality.

Candidates can now consult the ranking lists on the official university channels. However, it is important to note that the processes are in different stages: while the indigenous vestibular had its result publicized, the selection for Technologist in Football presents, at this time, a provisional classification.

The vestibular of the indigenous peoples has been published for 2027

The UEPG published on Wednesday (21) the result of the 26th edition of the Vestibular of the Indigenous Peoples, intended for admission to undergraduate courses in the academic year 2027.

The selection process is organized by the university, through the Pro-Rectorate of Student Affairs (Prae) and the Coordination of Selection Processes (CPS), in partnership with the University Commission for the Indian (Cuia).

In all, seven Paraná state universities offer six vacancies each, intended exclusively for indigenous candidates. The Federal University of Paraná (UFPR) also participates in the selection, making available another ten vacancies.

The tests took place on September 27 and 28, with oral evaluations, writing and objective questions from different disciplines.

According to the institution, candidates classified within the number of vacancies must follow the specific registration notices published by the universities chosen at the time of registration.

The documents will inform the deadlines, the places of attendance and the necessary documentation to guarantee the vacancy.

UEPG also announces selection for Technologist in Football

Another result disclosed by the university is that of the selection for the higher course of Technologist in Football. The provisional classification was published on Tuesday (20).

The degree offers 150 places, distributed between the poles of Ponta Grossa, Apucarana and Céu Azul, expanding the opportunities for professional training in the sports area.

The UEPG highlights that it is the first Brazilian public university to offer this higher education, aimed at preparing professionals for different activities related to football.

The course lasts two years and will be developed in a hybrid format, combining online theoretical classes with hands-on practical activities.

Among the fields covered by the training are tactical planning, arbitration, physical preparation and management of football.

The degree will be offered through the Nucleus of Technology and Open Education and Distance (Nutead).

As the result disclosed is still provisional, candidates should follow the site of the selection process to check the next official publications and guidelines.

The two selections represent opportunities for access to public higher education in Paraná, both through a specific policy of inclusion of indigenous peoples and by the offer of training in an area linked to the sports market.
