Vehicle with candidate stickers causes confusion at voting location in Irati

On Sunday afternoon, during Operation Elections 2026, the Military Police team was called in to respond to an occurrence of threat at a polling place in the central region of Irati.
At the scene, an electoral prosecutor reported a disagreement involving the presence of a vehicle with candidate stickers parked near the school. According to the prosecutor, he was offended and pushed by the owner of the car.
The director of the institution presented a divergent version of the facts, reporting that the prosecutor was disturbing voters and electoral servants on the spot.
Before the versions presented, the police team carried out the relevant guidelines to the parties involved. The applicant has pledged to maintain order and cordiality until the end of the vote. The incident was resolved on the spot, with no need for forwarding.
