Victim of fatal accident on PR-092, in Arapoti, is identified

The victim of an accident on PR-092 in Arapoti registered on Thursday (3) was identified as Leomar da Silva Gomes, 36 years old. He was a resident of Arapoti and died after a collision involving an automobile and a truck.

The accident happened at km 234 of PR-092, in the north direction. Leomar was in the car involved in the crash and could not resist the injuries.

After the confirmation of the death, the Medical-Legal Institute (IML) of Ponta Grossa was activated to carry out the body collection and legal procedures.

The collision caused the road to be blocked during the emergency teams’ service. The accident involved a truck and a car, but the circumstances that caused the crash have not yet been officially detailed.

To date, no additional information has been released on the dynamics of the collision or on any other people involved.

The confirmation of the identity of the victim took place after the procedures carried out by the responsible authorities.
