Woman is taken to the police station for driving a car with cloned license plates and altered chassis in PG
When asked about how she acquired the vehicle, the driver stated that she purchased the car from an automobile dealership and was unaware of the irregularities.

On Monday morning, around 10 a.m., the military police team after obtaining information about a black HB 20 vehicle, possibly with cloned plates, boarded and arrested a 34-year-old woman in Ponta Grossa.
She was informed by the reason for the approach and during the inspection the team found the inconsistency of data with the vehicle plate. The PM reported that another important detail was that, when applying solvent on the numbering of the Chassis, located under the passenger seat, the ink came out with ease, in addition to being verified by the team the engine numbering does not match the original factory, which presents more indications of possible tampering.
Asked about how she acquired the vehicle, the driver said she had purchased the car at a car dealership in Ponta Grossa in April 2024 and was unaware of all the improcedence of the vehicle’s irregularities.
In the face of the facts, the driver and the vehicle were referred to the Civil Police Station, for the appropriate procedures.
