Woman of Moraes denies personal link with Vorcaro on jet trip
According to the office, flights were booked by the company
The Barci de Moraes law firm said on Sunday (20) that there are no personal ties in air taxi travel contracts for banking professionals.
The demonstration was released after the column of journalist Lauro Jardim, of O Globo, published a video showing the landing of the minister of Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) Alexandre de Moares and his wife, Viviane Barci, partner of the office, at the airport Santos Dumond, in Rio de Janeiro, on August 22, 2025.
According to the images, the prefix of the jet belongs to Prime Aviation, a company that once had the former banker Daniel Vorcaro as one of its partners.
Before the decree of the liquidation of Banco Master by Banco Central, the office provided legal services to the bank.
In a press release, the office said it had contracted travel with Prime Aviation, but denied that Vorcaro had conducted flights with Viviane and the minister.
The office denied that the choice of the company occurred for personal reasons.
“The hiring of air taxi services follows operational criteria and does not involve any personal ties with specific aircraft owners or operators. The choice of aircraft used rests with the civil aviation companies themselves contracted, in this case Prime Aviation," the office said.
The relationship between the Master and Barci de Moraes came to light last year after the press revealed the existence of a contract of R$ 130 million for the provision of legal services, which were suspended after the liquidation of the institution.
