5th Porto Amazonas Gastronomic Festival Starts Today and Runs Until Monday (9)
The gastronomic festival takes place from November 6 to 9 at Municipal Mário Alves Guimarães Square, featuring shows of sertanejo, pagode, pop rock, gaúcho and gospel, as well as a civic parade and children's theater.
The city of Porto Amazonas is preparing to host the 5th Gastronomic Festival, which takes place from 6 to 9 November 2026, in Praça Municipal Mário Alves Guimarães. The event is promoted by Prefeitura Municipal, through the Department of Sport, Recreation and Tourism (DERT), with support from the Municipal Department of Education and Culture.
There will be four days of programming with gastronomy, musical shows for all tastes and attractions for the whole family. On the 9th, the municipality celebrates 79 years of emancipation.
Suelen Ianoski, owner of a trade that will be at the festival, detailed for the report of the Portal Boca no Trombone, that everyone is running with the latest preparations. "As much as apprehensive due to the weather, but in the hope that we will have a good audience. In the event are exclusively local traders from various branches. Our trade, for example, will be present with the traditional fried pastries in the swine swine and we will also have the acai that is well appreciated."

Today (06) - Opening with show gaucho
The opening of the festival will be at 6 p.m. The main highlight of the night is the gaucho show of the group Virotaço, at 21 hours.
Saturday (07) - Sertanejo and pagoda
On Saturday, the festival starts earlier, at 4 p.m. The musical program will have three shows:
- 19h - Junior & amp; Guilherme (sertanejo)
- 21h - Fabio Lenny (pagode)
- 23h - Erica Barroso (sertanejo)
Sunday (08) - Pop rock, pagoda and sertanejo
On Sunday, the festival starts at 2 pm, with programming for the whole afternoon and evening:
- 16h - The Parallels of Success (pop rock)
- 19h - Rafinha Pagoda (pagode)
- 21h - Michel Mattos (sertanejo)
Monday (09) - Civic parade and gospel show
Monday will have a special schedule, starting with the Civic Parade:
- 9h - Civic Parade, with concentration in the old Bus Station
- 12h - Beginning of the Gastronomic Festival
- 16h - Children's Theatre
- 6:30 p.m. - Moment of Prayer
- 7pm - Gospel Show with the Gratitude Band
