Adetur bets on forum to strengthen gastronomic tourism in the Campos Gerais

Adetur Campos Gerais wants to expand the strength of gastronomic tourism in Ponta Grossa and Campos Gerais, using the qualification of entrepreneurs, innovation and the appreciation of regional flavors as strategies to attract visitors. In an interview with BnT News on Tuesday (27), Karen, a representative of the entity, explained that the 6th Campos Gerais Gastronomy Forum is part of a continuous work to develop the sector and strengthen the regional economy.

According to Karen, the forum goes beyond giving lectures and seeks to provide entrepreneurs and gastronomy professionals with knowledge that can be applied directly in the establishments. The proposal is to stimulate improvements in management, product presentation and experience offered to consumers.

The event takes place on Tuesday (27), in Ponta Grossa, with free activities in Sesc Estação Saudade, in the Café-Escola do Senac and in the Commercial, Industrial and Business Association of Ponta Grossa (ACIPG).

Forum seeks to transform knowledge into business opportunities

During the interview, Karen highlighted that the choice of topics addressed in the forum considers trends observed in different regions of Brazil and also in the international market.

The program brings together discussions on global good practices in gastronomic business, architecture and consumer experience, collaboration between companies and dish presentation techniques.

One of the objectives is to show entrepreneurs that the quality of an establishment does not depend exclusively on the food served. The setting, the service, the presentation and the ability to create differentiated experiences also influence the decision of consumers.

Karen explained that improvements in the façade, interior space and customer comfort can contribute to the value of the gastronomic business and make them more competitive.

The forum also stimulates the rapprochement between entrepreneurs, allowing the exchange of experiences and the construction of partnerships that benefit the sector.

Among the highlights is the participation of Rafael Magosso, partner-owner of Hard Rock Cafe Curitiba, who addresses the relationship between tourism, consumer experience and artificial intelligence.

Gastronomy is strategic for tourism of Campos Gerais

The representative of Adetur stressed that gastronomy occupies an important position in regional tourism planning because it is directly linked to different forms of tourism.

Whether on trips to discover natural attractions, attend events or visit religious destinations, tourists also move restaurants, bars, cafeterias and other food establishments.

Currently, Adetur works in the tourism development of 16 municipalities of Campos Gerais, in partnership with municipalities and institutions such as Sebrae, Abrasel and Fecomércio.

According to Karen, this joint work contributes to the qualification of the services and to the construction of a more complete experience for visitors.

The gastronomy also represents an opportunity to enhance the identity of each municipality, presenting dishes, ingredients and traditions that help differentiate the tourist destinations of the region.

Gastronomic circuit brings together 40 restaurants and 50 options of dishes

Another example cited during the interview was the 6th Gastronomic Circuit of the Campos Gerais, which follows until November 15.

The initiative brings together 40 restaurants from 11 municipalities, offering approximately 50 dish options to consumers.

The circuit seeks to encourage residents and tourists to meet new establishments and explore the regional gastronomic diversity.

Karen mentioned municipalities such as Sengés, Palmeira and Ponta Grossa to exemplify how gastronomy can arouse the interest of visitors and stimulate movements within the Campos Gerais.

Adetur prepares new gastronomic tour in Ponta Grossa

In addition to the forum and the circuit, Karen anticipated to the BnT News that Adetur is preparing the third edition of the Gastronomic Tour of Ponta Grossa, scheduled for November.

The activity will be directed mainly to press professionals and opinion makers, who will have the opportunity to meet establishments and experience different options of local gastronomy.

The schedule should include breakfast, lunch and other experiences distributed throughout the day.

The objective is to broaden the dissemination of the gastronomy of Ponta Grossa, showing that the municipality offers diversity of flavors and enterprises capable of attracting different profiles of visitors.

The representative also said that the entity is working on the planning of activities for 2027 and is preparing other discussions aimed at the development of regional tourism.

Forum has free participation

The 6th Campos Gerais Gastronomy Forum starts at 2 pm, at Sesc Estação Saudade, with activities throughout the afternoon. The closure is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. at ACIPG.

Registrations are free and can be made by the Sympla platform, according to the availability of places in each activity. The class-show of deployment, held in the Café-Escola of Senac, was already with the vacancies sold out at the time of the interview.

Karen stressed that the meeting is also open to students and interested in knowing the trends of gastronomy, even if they do not act professionally in the sector.
