Cátedra de Empowerment and Women's Entrepreneurship Opens Applications in Ponta Grossa

Ponta Grossa receives, on October 7, 8 and 9, the Chair of Empowerment and Female Entrepreneurship, a free training that will bring together women of the city in three days of learning aimed at strengthening autonomy, protagonism and professional development. Applications are now open and can be made online, by filling in the form available at https://forms.gle/hhfAchUDGVBFRuqV8.

The initiative is the result of a partnership between Prefeitura de Ponta Grossa, through the Municipal Secretariat of Family and Social Development, the State University of the Midwest (Unicentro) and the State Secretariat of Women, Racial Equality and Elderly People of Paraná (SEMIPI).

The program will be held from 1 pm to 5 pm, at Cine-Teatro Ópera, and will have three training modules: Female Empowerment, Female Entrepreneurship and Career Mentoring.

It will be three days of learning, exchange of experiences and development of important skills for women who wish to strengthen their personal and professional trajectory, expand opportunities and transform projects into real possibilities.

“We know that financial independence can be decisive for a woman to break with situations of vulnerability, whether it is domestic violence or lack of opportunities. Therefore, the municipality invests in and supports training courses like this one, which offer practical tools to strengthen the professional trajectory and open new paths," says SMFDS Secretary Camila Calisto Sanches.
