Child is caught without a helmet on an electric scooter in Ponta Grossa. Traffic agents conducted an approach and identified irregularities.
A child was spotted being transported irregularly on an electric motorcycle in Ponta Grossa on the morning of Thursday (24). The approach was carried out by agents of the Superintendence of Traffic and Road Safety, who identified that the driver and the child circulated without a helmet in the vicinity of the Santa Terezinha College.
The incident was recorded at around 10.20 a.m. in Euzébio de Mattos Street, near number 265.
According to the report of the patrulhamento viário team, the agents were conducting rounds in the region when they saw a woman driving a self-propelled vehicle with a child. In addition to the irregular transport, both were without helmets while circulating on public roads.
In the face of the situation, the officers gave an order to approach, which was promptly attended by the driver.
