On October 16 and 17, the Court of Justice of the State of Paraná (TJPR) and the Sesc Citizen, in partnership with the City of Castro, carry out another edition of the Justice Program in the Neighborhood. The initiative will offer several free services at the Youth Center. The actions range from the issuance of the new identity card to collective marriage and free legal assistance, in addition to actions aimed at employment and qualification. In relation to the wedding, the celebration will take place on October 17, at 4 pm, at the Gerson Torres Gymnasium.
According to the organization, the program quickly resolves issues that would normally take months or years in court, such as consensual custody, alimony, stable union, guardianship and DNA testing.
In an interview with BnT News on Tuesday, the superintendent of the Secretariat of Industry, Trade and Tourism, Thais Helena Fidelix, said that in addition to the wedding other services will also be offered. "It's all those issues of justice that take, sometimes months, years, for the person to have a consensual custody, alimony, stable union, guardianship, DNA testing, and we will have these actions on that day, where the staff will be resolved," he said.
Marriage Group
One of the highlights of the action will be the group wedding, at the Gerson Torres Gymnasium. To participate, the population must register by the 9th (Friday) in one of the CRAS of the municipality. The CRAS coordinator, Rosemary, explained how the process will work.
"We have four CRAS in the urban area and two CRAS in the rural area. We need to disclose to the population the casamento comunitário, the legal assistance, the registrations for the CIN, the National Identity Card, first way, second way. We would very much like the population to look for the CRAS units as a guarantee of rights," Rosemary added.
