Conab announces competition with 403 positions and salaries up to R$ 8,1 thousand

The Companhia Nacional de Abastecimento (Conab) released the notice of public tender no 001/2025, offering 403 positions for Assistant and Analyst positions. The contest contemplates opportunities in different states and with salaries that reach R$ 8,140.88. The opportunities are distributed between the middle, technical and upper levels, with a 40-hour weekly load. Check out the details:
Assistant (34 vacancies): requirement of ensino médio complete or technical, with salary of R$ 3,459.87. The vacancies are divided between the areas of Administrative Assistant, Operations Assistant (Agricultural Technician), IT Assistant and Accounting Assistant.
Analyst (369 positions): requires higher education in several areas, with a salary of R$ 8,140.88. The specialties contemplated include Administration, Law, Engineering, Journalism, Psychology, Nutrition, Information Technology, among others.
Beneficiaries
In addition to the salary, the servers will have benefits such as food aid, school aid, optional life insurance, educação infantil assistance, supplementary pension and worker transport program.
Locations of accommodation
Approved candidates can be filled in several states, including Acre, Bahia, Paraná, São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Minas Gerais and Distrito Federal.
Registrations
Applications will be open between April 14 and May 15, 2025. The fees are R$ 50 for middle level positions and R$ 80 for higher level positions. Candidates who are bone marrow donors or enrolled in Cadúnico can apply for exemption.
Stages of the contest
The selection will be composed of objective and discursive tests, both applied on July 13, 2025 in all the capitals of the country.
The objective test will evaluate basic and specific knowledge, while the discursive test will test the ability of argumentation, organization of the text and mastery of the Portuguese language. To be approved at this stage, the candidate must achieve at least 50% of the total score.
