Cursinho pré-vestibular of the small church in Uvaranas breaks record of approvals at UEPG
The coordinator highlighted that, over its 16 years of existence, the cursinho has evolved and expanded, now attending approximately 350 students

In an exclusive interview with the Boca no Trombone portal, Rodrigo Milléo, the project designer and coordinator of the free course at Igreja Immaculada Conceição, in Uvaranas, told the exciting news of a record in the number of approvals of students in the UEPG entrance exam. The project, led by volunteers, reached the incredible mark of 53 students approved in several higher education institutions.
Rodrigo highlighted the significant online participation, mentioning that the course serves students in several cities of the Campos Gerais, being a milestone for the community that follows the project in localities such as Castro, Carambeí, Telêmaco Borba, Palmeira and Ipiranga.
The coordinator pointed out that, over its 16 years of existence, the course has evolved and expanded, now counting on almost 100 volunteers and attending approximately 350 students annually.
Rodrigo stressed the importance of the support of private schools in the region, which contribute with materials and recognize the relevance of the work developed by the free course. He emphasized that the project is not aimed at competing with private institutions, but providing opportunities for those who are unable to afford a short course.
