Day D in Ponta Grossa brings together 26 companies with job vacancies for people with disabilities

The Dia D in Ponta Grossa will bring together 26 companies next Wednesday (30) to offer employment opportunities to people with disabilities and workers rehabilitated by the National Social Security Institute (INSS). The program will be held from 8 am to 12 pm, at the Workers Agency, in the city center, with free participation.

Promoted by Prefeitura de Ponta Grossa, through the Municipal Secretariat of Industry, Trade and Professional Qualification and the Workers Agency, the initiative seeks to bring workers closer to companies that have available positions in different areas and levels of qualification.

Among the 26 companies confirmed are Águia Sistemas, Antonio Moro & Cia., Borasato Engenharia Civil, Colégio Marista Pio XII, ContiTech do Brasil, Costa Teixeira Logistics, Distribuidora de Bebidas Virginia, Emparseg, Espaço Smart, Granja Econômica Avícola, Grupo Gerencial, Grupo Muffato, Havan

Also participating are the National Institute of Social and Human Development, Kurashiki, Dairy Tyrol, Leadec Serviços Industriais, Makita, MBRF Carambeí, MBRF Ponta Grossa, Punctual Outsourcing Services, Prestes Construtora e Incorporadora, Santa Casa, Unimed Ponta Grossa and New Life.

Event will have vacancies and professional guidance

In addition to direct contact with employers, the Dia D at Ponta Grossa will offer guidance services to participants. Workers will be able to receive referrals for available positions, support for curriculum development and information related to the labor market.

There will also be guidelines regarding the National Social Security Institute, especially for workers who have undergone professional rehabilitation processes.

The Municipal Training Centre will also be present. During the event, free courses will be presented to those who wish to develop new skills or improve preparation for selective processes.

Action seeks to expand inclusion in the labor market

The Dia D is part of a national mobilization of the National Employment System (Sine) and aims to increase access to employment opportunities for people with disabilities and INSS rehabilitation.

According to the municipal secretary of Industry, Commerce and Professional Qualification, Tônia Mansani, the membership of companies reinforces the importance of the initiative.

“Having 26 companies participating shows that there is an important mobilization of the productive sector to expand the opportunities for inclusion. We want to facilitate this meeting between those who are looking for an opportunity and those who are hiring, also offering guidance and paths to professional qualification. It is a morning designed to bring closer, guide and open doors to the labor market,” he says.
