End of 6x1 shift schedule to be discussed in Ponta Grossa this Friday (6)
Discussion on the end of the 6x1 shift schedule in Ponta Grossa will take place this Friday (6) at SENAI. The event will discuss impacts on companies and workers.

The end of the 6x1 scale in Ponta Grossa will be the subject of a debate on Friday (6), starting at 8.30 am, at SENAI. The meeting will bring together entrepreneurs, professionals and interested in understanding the possible impacts of a change in the working day in Brazil, especially in the relations between employers and workers.
With the theme “End of the 6x1 scale: changes, impacts and perspectives”, the event aims to clarify doubts about the proposal to change the working day, which has been provoking discussions in different sectors of the Brazilian economy.
The program will feature the participation of lawyer Priscilla Garbelini Jaronski, specialist in Labour Law and Labour Relations and executive director of the House of Industry Campos Gerais.
What can change with the end of the 6x1 scale?
Currently, the 6x1 scale is used by companies from different segments and provides, in general, six working days for a day off. The discussion about its possible end involves issues such as reorganization of the working hours, operating costs, productivity and quality of life of workers.
In Ponta Grossa and in Campos Gerais, where sectors such as commerce, industry and service provision have an important share in the regional economy, a possible change may require adaptations in the organization of business activities.
During the meeting, the possible reflections of the change for employers, the challenges of adapting to the new rules and the prospects for the future of labour relations will be addressed.
The proposal also arouses interest among workers who advocate the extension of time destined for rest, family coexistence and personal activities.
It is important to note that the end of the 6x1 scale still depends on changes in Brazilian legislation, and the holding of the debate does not mean that the amendment is already in force.
Debate will have specialist in Labour Law
The conversation will be led by Priscilla Garbelini Jaronski, who will present a legal analysis on the subject and its possible consequences for companies and workers.
The initiative seeks to promote dialogue and contribute to the regional productive sector to follow the national discussions on the organization of working days.
The meeting is open to companies and other interested parties. Applications can be made in advance through the registration form.
