Gastronomy Forum of Campos Gerais will have free lectures in Ponta Grossa

Ponta Grossa hosts, next Tuesday (27), the 6th Gastronomy Forum of Campos Gerais, a free event that promises to bring together entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs, students and professionals from the gastronomic sector. The program will feature lectures, talk shows and class shows, addressing topics such as innovation, business management, tourism and gastronomic experiences.

The meeting is an opportunity for those who already work in the food industry or want to open their own business. Among the main objectives are the exchange of knowledge, the identification of trends, the formation of commercial partnerships and the development of solutions to strengthen the gastronomy sector of the Campos Gerais.

The activities will be held at Sesc Estação Saudade, at the Senac Café-School Saudade Station and at the Commercial, Industrial and Business Association of Ponta Grossa (ACIPG).

The program begins at 2 pm, at Sesc Estação Saudade, with the lecture "Good Global Gastronomic Business Practices", given by Giovanni Bagatini, representative of Fecomércio PR and Cepatur.

At 3 pm, the architect and urbanist Viviany Samartin presents the lecture "Architecture: the physical space as a strategic ingredient of the gastronomic experience and business results", highlighting the importance of the environments for the customer experience and the performance of the establishments.

Then, at 4 pm, the talk show "Beyond the business itself: collaboration as an ingredient of growth", with Carol Liz of Mudra, and Mônica Mello of Noi. The conversation will be mediated by Amanda Loureiro and will address the importance of partnerships and collaboration between entrepreneurs.

At 5.30 pm, the Café-Escola Senac Estação Saudade receives the show class "Savors of the Campos Gerais: the art of emplatar", conducted by Edinei Venázio Cândido, of Senac PR. The activity will be dedicated to the presentation of food and the enhancement of regional gastronomy.

At the end of the program, at 7:30 p.m., at ACIPG, Rafael Magosso, of the Hard Rock Café, presents the lecture "Tourism, experience and real life in a world of artificial intelligence", bringing reflections on technology, service and experiences in the sector.

Event seeks to strengthen gastronomic entrepreneurship in the region

The 6th Gastronomy Forum of Campos Gerais also aims to stimulate the connection between professionals and companies, contributing to the strengthening of gastronomy as an economic and tourist activity.

The initiative is aimed at both entrepreneurs who want to improve their business and students, managers and people interested in entering the gastronomic market.
