Moraes authorizes resumption of Flávio's visits to Jair Bolsonaro
The prohibition had been determined after Flávio Bolsonaro used a visit to retrieve and disseminate on social media a letter from the former president supporting his candidacy, which was considered a violation of precautionary measures.

Minister Alexandre de Moraes, of Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), authorized on Monday (12), the resumption of the visits of the senator and presidential candidate Flávio Bolsonaro, to the father, the former president Jair Bolsonaro.
The decision responds to a request from the defense of the former president filed on October 5. The 90-day suspension of visits, imposed in July, ended on Sunday.
The ban had been determined after Flavio used a visit to withdraw and disseminate on social networks a letter from the former president supporting his candidacy, which was considered a breach of precautionary measures. Jair Bolsonaro serves house arrest for attempted coup.
In the decision, Moraes released the visits at the same times, conditions and security measures previously set, but maintained the prohibition of use for political-electoral purposes.
“I authorize the resumption of the regime of visits of Flávio Nantes Bolsonaro, at the same times, conditions and security measures previously fixed, being forbidden the political-electoral purpose and the dissemination of any manifestos or declarations, including by third parties, regardless of the means used,” the minister said.
The minister also determined that the Secretariat of Public Security of the Federal District and the directorate of the Custody Center of the Military Police of the DF, responsible for the custody, be communicated.
