Plan proposes R$ 37 million for works on PR-151 in 2027
Funds should cover restoration between Palmeira and São Mateus do Sul and paving between Sengés and São José da Boa Vista

The Roads Department of Paraná (DER-PR) plans to allocate R$ 37 million in CIDE resources for works in PR-151 in 2027. The program includes the restoration of the stretch between Palmeira and São Mateus do Sul and the paving on the connection between Sengés and São José of Boa Vista.
The interventions are part of a work plan that brings together six road projects in the Paraná, with a total forecast of R$ 182 million for next year. The values represent the programmed portion with resources of the Economic Domain Intervention Contribution (CIDE), and not the full cost of the works.
Restoration from Palmeira
For the section of PR-151 between the junction with BR-277, in Palmeira, and São Mateus do Sul, R$ 17 million from CIDE are expected in 2027. The venture also covers São João of Triumph and comprises a total length of 73.95 kilometers.
According to the plan, the hiring must include the elaboration of the basic and executive projects and the execution of the restoration services. The document informs the forecast of the opening of the competition on December 3, 2026, the contractual start in March, 2027 and the conclusion in September, 2028.

The total estimated value for this venture is R$ 165 million. In the specific programming for 2027, the plan indicates the execution of 7.64 kilometers with CIDE resources.
Paving in Sengés
Another planned front is the paving of the PR-151 between Sengés and São José of Boa Vista. For this intervention, the planning allocates R$ 20 million from CIDE next year. The indicated stretch is between kilometers 159.69 and 174.67, with a total length of 14.98 kilometers. The contracting should contemplate projects and execution of the paving.
The schedule presented by DER-PR points to the contractual start in February 2027 and the expected completion in August 2028. Of the total stretch, the program expects to run 6.41 kilometers with contribution resources in 2027.
Application of resources
Together, the two PR-151 ventures represent approximately 20.3% of the R$ 182 million provided in the state plan. The program also includes interventions on the highways PR-180, PR-281, PR-092, PR-498 and BR-369.
To compose the amount, the DER-PR reports a forecast of R$ 47.32 million in transfers from the CIDE in 2027, in addition to R$ 134.68 million in balance for application, already discounted the payments planned for 2026.
The documents present financial programming and estimates of hiring and completion. Inclusion in the plan does not, by itself, prove the release of resources or the start of the works.
