Ponta Grossa announces selected candidates for 16 homes under Minha Casa, Minha Vida
Result of the Rio Tibagi project includes 16 families as titulars and five substitutes; candidates may request review within ten days after publication
The Prefeitura de Ponta Grossa has released the result of the selection of the Minha Casa, Minha Vida for the Rio Tibagi development, which will provide 16 housing units. The notice was published in the Official Journal of the Municipality on Thursday (29) and presents the relationships of 16 titular families, five alternate and 28 non-qualified.
The selection is intended for Urban 1 of the program, in the Residential Lease Fund (FAR) modality. The procedure was conducted by the Municipal Secretariat of Family and Social Development, through the Municipal Superintendence of Housing, based on the Municipal Housing Registry.
According to the edict, the housing registers carried out until April 29, 2026, were considered, the conditions established for participation were observed.
Selection does not guarantee immediate hiring
Inclusion among the holder families does not, by itself, ensure the hiring of housing. The service remains conditional on the completion of administrative and contractual procedures and the fulfillment of the other requirements of the program and the Federal Economic Fund.
The five alternate families may be summoned if a housing unit is available, respecting the order of classification and the expected care reservations.
The 28 non-qualified families will be able to seek clarification on the individual reasons for the result. According to the notice, this condition does not automatically prevent participation in other housing selections, provided that the requirements of each program or venture are met.
How to request a review of the result
Candidates who disagree with the situation disclosed may submit a reasoned request for administrative review within ten days, counted from the publication of the notice.
The application must identify the applicant family, objectively indicate the questioned result and present the rationale. Documents and information contributing to the analysis may also be attached.
The service for clarification can be done in person at the Municipal Superintendence of Housing or by e-mail [email protected]. The notice also provides for the receipt of requests for review in person or by electronic means.
The submission of the application does not guarantee inclusion among the holders or alteration of the classification. Each request will be analyzed by the Municipality and, when it involves attributions of the Box, it can be forwarded to the financial agent.
Any changes in the result will be formalized in the administrative process and disclosed by official act. The full lists can be found on pages 39 to 52 of the Official Journal No. 4,736.
