Ponta Grossa will have a job fair with ten industries and a lecture on employability
Event will take place on October 20th at Senai, with programming aimed at high school students and university students
Students looking for an opportunity to enter the labor market will be able to meet Ponta Grossa vacancies and internship programs from ten industries next Tuesday (20). The program begins at 8:30 am, at Senai, with a lecture on employability, followed by a fair that will bring young people closer to the participating companies.
According to Priscilla Garbeline Jaronski of the Ponta Grossa House of Industry, the meeting will bring together multinationals and industries that offer training opportunities and professional development prospects. The proposal is to present to students ways to start a trajectory in the industrial sector.
“They are companies that have this bias of hiring people for internships and of offering a career future for these young people, of growth within the industries,” explains Priscilla.
Fair will present vacancies and internship programs
After the lecture, participants will be able to learn about the opportunities and programs presented by the ten industries. The fair will focus on entry into the labor market and career opportunities in companies.
The target audience includes ensino médio students and university students, especially those who are in the early stages of graduation and wish to know alternatives to gain professional experience during their studies.
According to Priscilla, the choice of companies took into account the performance in hiring interns and the growth prospects they can offer young people. The names of the industries, the number of vacancies and the requirements of each opportunity were not reported in the material sent to the report.
Talk will discuss talents and employability
The opening will have the lecture “Invisible talent: where companies are not yet looking”, with Felipe P. dos Santos. The activity proposes a reflection on how to identify, develop and enhance talents that often go unnoticed in traditional processes of people management.
