Prefeitura de PG publishes contracts for nearly R$ 52 million in technology and digital security

Prefeitura de Ponta Grossa has published contracts totaling R$ 51,975,485.92 for the deployment of connectivity solutions, modernization of the information technology infrastructure and reinforcement of the Municipality’s segurança digital. The documents appear in the edition of this Thursday (10) of the Official Gazette and are linked to the Electronic Pregão no 039/2026.

The largest contract was signed with Ligga Telecomunicações S.A., in the amount of R$ 46.395.130,85, with a term of 48 months. The object provides an integrated solution for the so-called Municipal Connectivity Project, involving modernization, restructuring and management of the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) infrastructure of the City Hall.

Project includes internet, telephony and cyber security

According to the extract published by the Municipality, the project encompasses continuous services of data connectivity, corporate network MPLS, internet and IP telephony. Cybersecurity systems are also planned, including next-generation firewalls and proactive monitoring of municipal networks.

The contract also provides for works and technical installations for data center environment, supply of high-performance network equipment, switches, server components, structured cabling and deployment of monitoring structures known as SOC and NOC. The package includes design, deployment, assisted operation, maintenance and expert technical support.

In addition to the hiring of Ligga, two other contracts related to the same Pregão no 039/2026 appear in the publication.

Lettel Distribuidora de Telefonia Ltda. was hired for R$ 4,911,000, also with a term of 48 months. The extract describes the hiring within the integrated solution for the Municipal Connectivity Project, contemplating network services, internet, telephony, cyber security, data center and technological infrastructure equipment.

Already the contract with Planeje Tecnologia e Serviços Ltda. has a value of R$ 669,355.07 and a term of 180 days. The document also binds the hiring to Pregão no 039/2026 and to the project of technological modernization of the Municipality.

Contracts reach R$ 51.9 million

In addition, the three published contracts reach R$ 51.97 million. The largest portion, approximately 89% of the total, corresponds to the contract signed with Ligga.

The extracts published in the Official Gazette detail the values, deadlines and the general description of the services, but do not present, in this publication, the specific implementation schedule, the places that will first receive the improvements or the detailed division of the values per unit of the City Hall.

With this, the official publication confirms a large-scale hiring aimed at the digital infrastructure of the Municipality, covering from data connection and telephony to storage, cyber security and monitoring of the municipal public network.
