Preliminary Answer Key Released for the National Unified Public Exam 2025
Exams were held on Sunday (5); candidates can consult answers and submit appeals until Wednesday (8)
The preliminary outline of the objective tests of the Unified National Public Competition (UNC 2025) was released at 10am on Monday (6), according to the Ministry of Management and Innovation in Public Services (MGI). The tests were applied this Sunday (5) throughout the country.
According to the MGI, UNC 2 had four types of proof (Types 1, 2, 3 and 4) for each of the nine thematic blocks, totaling 36 preliminary templates.
The candidates can consult the templates and the question books on the Follow-up Page of the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV), organizer of the contest, by logging into the Gov.br account.
Resource deadline ends on Wednesday (8)
Participants who wish to appeal against preliminary questions or answers must do so between 0h this Tuesday (7) and 23h59 on Wednesday (8), also on the FGV page.
As a security and transparency measure, the ministry said that all the evidence sheets of the thematic blocks will be published later on Monday, as announced by Minister Esther Dweck.

Abstention was 42.8% in the second edition
The MGI reported that the abstention rate of the second edition of the UNC was 42.8%, a number lower than that of the previous edition, which recorded 54%.
Of the 761,545 registered, about 435,000 candidates attended the objective test on Sunday. According to the minister, the implementation has been smooth throughout the country.
Next Steps and Schedule
The final result of the objective tests and the convocation for the second phase are scheduled for November 12, the same date as the convocations for the evaluation of titles, verification of racial quotas and disability analysis (PCD).
The discursive test for the candidates summoned will be applied on December 7. The preliminary result of this stage will come out on January 23, 2026.
After that date, MGI will make three calls for confirmation of interest. The final list, with those approved and nominated, should be released on March 16, when the calls for nominations and training courses also begin.
About the UNC 2025
The second edition of the Unified National Public Contest offers 3,652 seats in 32 federal bodies. Of these, 3,144 are for upper level and 508 for middle level.
The event provides for 2,480 immediate vacancies and 1,172 for registration reserve, with short-term filling after the approval of the results.
