Procon of Ponta Grossa has released a list of companies with reasoned and unanswered complaints, involving banks, telephone operators, stores, financial institutions and service providers. The report was published in the Official Gazette of the Municipality on Wednesday (21) and includes known names of consumers, such as TIM, Vivo, Claro, Casas Bahia, Banco Santander, Banco BMG, Nubank and Sanepar.

The document gathers records analyzed by the municipal consumer protection agency and presents two classifications: substantiated complaints attended and substantiated complaints not attended. The publication occupies more than 20 pages of the Official Gazette and allows to identify suppliers involved in claims considered justified by Procon.

Among the sectors represented are financial institutions, telecommunications companies, e-commerce, store networks, utility concessionaires and Ponta Grossa commercial establishments.

Which companies show up with unattended complaints?

The official relationship presents different suppliers with at least one complaint classified as substantiated and not answered. Among the names identified are:

Banks and financial institutions:

Banco Santander;

Banco Pan;

BMG Bank;

Bradesco Bank;

Federal Economic Fund;

Nubank;

Banco Master;

Sicoob Bank;

Password;

Market Paid;

- PagBank.

Shops and e-commerce:

Casas Bahia;

Magazine Luiza;

Havan;

Shopee;

Free market;

MadeiraMadeira;

Shops Riachuelo;

Pernambucan Houses;

Attacker.

Telephone and essential services:

TIM;

Live;

Of course;

Sanepar;

No fiber.

The list is not limited to these companies. The document also presents records related to insurers, household appliance manufacturers, vehicle dealerships, real estate and other service providers.

It is important to note that the classification of unattended refers to the result of the administrative procedure analyzed by Procon, not necessarily meaning that the company has ceased to respond to the consumer.

TIM, Vivo and Casas Bahia appear in different records

Among the companies cited, TIM appears in several lines of the registry, including complaints considered justified and not attended. The operator also has records classified as attended, demonstrating that the results vary according to each procedure.

Vivo presents a similar situation, with complaints in both classifications. It is also included in the list of suppliers analyzed by the agency. In retail trade, the Casas Bahia Group appears in different registers classified as substantiated and unattended.

The registration also includes demands involving Magazine Luiza, Havana and other large networks. The presence of these companies in the document does not necessarily mean that they are the champions of complaints in the municipality. To establish this classification, it would be necessary to account for all the occurrences and consider the period and the criteria used in the survey.

Banks and financial institutions are also in the relationship

The financial sector occupies space in publication, with records involving traditional banks, digital institutions, card managers and credit companies. Among the suppliers with reasoned complaints not addressed are Banco Santander, Banco Pan, Banco BMG, Banco Bradesco and Nubank.

The document also presents records involving Caixa Econômica Federal, Banco Master, cooperative institutions and other companies that offer financial services. However, the published report does not specify, in the table presented, the detailed reason for each complaint.

Therefore, it is not possible to state only on the basis of the registration if the cases involve undue collections, contracts, loans, financing or other banking problems.

Sanepar also appears among suppliers

The Sanitation Company of Paraná (Sanepar), responsible for water supply and sanitary exhaust services, also appears in the register published by Procon of Ponta Grossa. The relationship presents complaints involving the company classified as both attended and unattended.

Other companies that provide essential services, such as telephone and internet operators, also appear in the document. The records reflect administrative decisions on demands submitted to the consumer defense body, without detailing, in the published table, the problems that motivated each care.

What does a reasoned and unanswered complaint mean?

A reasoned complaint is one that, after administrative analysis, was considered by Procon sufficiently sustained to integrate the registration provided for in consumer protection legislation. Records can receive different classifications.

When the claim appears as substantiated, it means that the claim was classified as substantiated in the procedure. The reasoned expression not answered indicates that the complaint was not considered answered by the supplier in terms of the administrative analysis.

This does not automatically mean that the company has been fined or sentenced. It also does not allow the conclusion, without access to the details of each process, that the supplier has ignored the consumer or failed to provide a response.

Disclosure is provided for in the Consumer Protection Code

The publication was approved by the interim executive coordinator of Procon of Ponta Grossa, Rossana Souto da Rosa. The order determines the registration of suppliers in the register provided for by article 44 of the Consumer Protection Code, combined with article 58, paragraph II, of Federal Decree No. 2.181/1997.

The purpose of this instrument is to give publicity to reasoned complaints registered by consumer protection and protection bodies. The disclosure allows the population to have access to the administrative history of complaints involving suppliers and to know the results recorded in the procedures.

How to view the full list of Ponta Grossa Procon?

The report is available in the issue No. 4,728 of the Official Electronic Journal of the Municipality of Ponta Grossa, published on October 21, 2026. The approval notice appears on page 138, while the supplier register is on pages 139 to 161.

The table presents information such as service number, supplier identification, company name, CNPJ and classification of the complaint. Consumers can consult the document to verify which companies appear in the registry and whether their demands were classified as met or not met.
