Sanepar opens two new service units in Ponta Grossa
New Sanepar spaces should provide greater efficiency and speed in in-person service to the city's customers
In the afternoon of Thursday (29), the Sanitation Company of Paraná (Sanepar) inaugurates in Ponta Grossa the new Customer Relationship Center, in the city center, and the Business Relationship Center, in the headquarters of the Commercial, Industrial and Business Association of Ponta Grossa (ACIPG).
The solemnities of delivery of the two units will be attended by Sanepar’s Chief Executive Officer, Wilson Bley, from the Company’s Executive Board, authorities and employees.
The new unit of the center, located at Avenida Benjamin Constant, 133, transfers the service of Rua Balduíno Taques to a larger, modern, comfortable and easily accessible space for customers, in front of the Parque Ambiental, in the vicinity of the Popular Restaurant.
Among the main commercial services offered, are the request for new connection of water and/or sewage, issuance of second way and verification of debits, negotiation and installment of accounts, requests for reconnection and information on leaks, transfer of ownership; inclusion in the program Água Solidária, among other services.
The Business Relationship Center that will operate at ACIPG headquarters, by scheduling, is exclusive for real estate, administrators, builders and developers, professional trustees and condominiums with monthly consumption above 400 cubic meters. The new structure will offer greater agility and customized solutions for these sectors.
