Server from UEPG returns to position after being dismissed over alleged unauthorized access to system
Reintegration is provisional and was formalized by a decree. When contacted by BnT, the university stated it does not comment on ongoing processes

A UEPG server was provisionally reinstated to the position by judicial determination after being dismissed in an administrative proceeding related to the charge of improper access to the internal system of the institution, in Ponta Grossa.
The return was formalized by the Ordinance PROGESP-DICAR no 2026.238, signed on September 30 by the pro-rector of People Management, Eliane de Fátima Rauski. The document establishes provisional reintegration in compliance with a judicial judgment.
The measure comes just over a year after the server was dismissed, which had been confirmed by the University Council after a Disciplinary Administrative Process (PAD). The return to office does not mean that the legal dispute has been terminated.
Process has improved access to internal information
The indictment involved the use of server credentials to access payroll-related data from Ponta Grossa State University. This information was later disseminated by him on social networks, amid complaints related to the dispute over the rectory.
At the time of his resignation, the servant claimed to have been a victim of persecution. He also claimed that the disciplinary procedure had been used as retaliation for previous conflicts with the university administration and for his position during the election for the rectory.
The UEPG, in turn, maintained at that time that the administrative process lasted three years, with the production of evidence, testimony of witnesses and guarantee of contradictory and broad defense. The resignation was confirmed by a majority in the University Council.
Reintegration is provisional
The ordinance expressly uses the term “reintegrate provisionally”. Thus, the measure does not allow to state that there was a definitive acquittal of the server or closure of the judicial process. According to Plural, the server has already returned to its functions. The report also reported that there is no set deadline for the conclusion of the dispute.
UEPG forwards positioning to BnT
Asked by the BnT to comment on the case, the university responded through the Coordination of Social Communication. “The Ponta Grossa State University does not speak out about ongoing proceedings,” the institution said.
The BnT also attempts to contact the server defense to obtain a position on the court decision and reintegration. So far, the report has received no return.
