Tibagi releases the enrollment and re-enrollment calendar for 2027
The process will take place in two periods: re-enrollments will occur from November 9 to 19, while initial enrollments will be held from November 23 to 27.
The municipality of Tibagi has released the re-enrollment schedule for the 2027 school year in the Municipal Schools and Municipal Centers of Educação Infantil (CMEIs). The process will be carried out in two periods: the re-enrolments take place from 9 to 19 November, while the initial enrolments will be held from 23 to 27 November.
Re-enrollments must be made directly at the educational institution where the student is already enrolled. Each school and CMEI will organize its own schedule of attendance, according to the number of students and the capacity of the unit. Families wishing to enrol children who are not yet part of the municipal network should seek institutions in the initial enrollment period. Preference will be for students residing in the vicinity of the teaching unit.
The service will preferably take place from 8 am to 11:30 am and from 1 pm to 4:30 pm.
Necessary documents
In order to re-enroll, the person responsible must submit a duly completed and signed re-enrollment application, proof of the student's vaccination status, recent water or electric energy bill (preferably of the last two months), copies of the RG and PIN of the person responsible and of the student, if they have and still do not appear in the records of the institution, in addition to the active cell phone and e-mail address of the person responsible.
For the initial registrations, it will be necessary to present the original birth certificate and copy of the child, RG and CPF of the student, if he has, personal documents of the legal guardian, SUS card, proof of the vaccination situation and proof of recent residence. Students from other institutions may also be asked for a school history or declaration of schooling, a summary sheet of the Single Register for families registered in social programs and reports or professional reports, when there is a need for specialized educational assistance.
If the proof of residence is not in the name of the legal guardian, an additional document proving the address must be presented.
The Secretariat of Education advises those responsible to be attentive to the deadlines and to seek directly the school or the CMEI to carry out the procedures. The regulations also establish that the absence of any document cannot prevent the educational care of the child, and it is up to the institution to guide the family on the regularization of pending care.
