TIM claims it did not detect any issues in its network after customers reported faults in mobile phone and internet services in Ponta Grossa

TIM in Ponta Grossa informed BnT Online that it did not identify problems in its network in the municipality after customers reported instability in mobile phone and internet services. The complaints were recorded mainly during the afternoon of Wednesday (9).
The BnT Online published a story after receiving reports from users who pointed out difficulties in using the operator's services at different times of the day. In addition to the reports sent to the portal, complaints related to the operation of TIM also appeared on platforms used to monitor instability in telecommunications services.
At the time of the first publication, the operator had not yet forwarded an official position on what could have caused the problems reported by customers.

TIM claims that the network works normally
After being searched for by the BnT Online, TIM replied that, so far, it has not found a widespread failure in its infrastructure in the city.
“TIM has not identified any problems in its network in the city of Ponta Grossa. The operator informs that it will check if there was any punctual failure.”
With the positioning, the company indicates that the difficulties reported by customers may have occurred locally or on time, a situation that will still be analyzed by the operator.
TIM has not yet detailed which regions of Ponta Grossa will be verified or whether it received directly complaints from customers related to the instability recorded on Wednesday.
Customers reported problems during the afternoon
In the article previously published by BnT Online, users reported difficulties in both mobile internet access and telephony services. The complaints gained momentum throughout the afternoon, prompting the portal to seek clarification from the operator.
Even with TIM informing that it did not find general problems in its network, the company said it will verify the possibility of some specific occurrence that may have affected part of the customers.
The BnT Online will continue to follow the case and the matter may be updated if TIM presents new information about the count or about a possible punctual failure recorded in Ponta Grossa.
