Artificial intelligence begins to change the routine of Brazilian real estate agencies
Artificial intelligence begins to transform the Brazilian real estate market, speeding up customer service, listings and negotiations, including in the Campos Gerais.

Artificial intelligence is beginning to gain space in the routine of Brazilian real estate companies. The technology, which was used mainly in tests and experiments, began to assist activities such as customer service, production of ads, organization of information, analysis of documents and monitoring of negotiations.
In the international market, the adoption of the tool already shows results. A survey released in 2026 by the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the real estate association of the Estados Unidos, found that 68% of professionals using artificial intelligence save at least one hour a week on the technology.
In Brazil, the advances are also beginning to appear. The Brazilian Association of Real Estate Credit and Savings Entities (Abecip) has identified artificial intelligence applications that have contributed to increase productivity in the sector’s operations. In one of the cases presented by the entity, the automated analysis of documents increased the productivity of an area by 50% and reduced by almost 60% the time required to make payments.
TECHNOLOGY WIDE SERVICE POSSIBILITIES
One of the main applications of technology is in customer service. Artificial intelligence systems can respond to interested parties, identify their needs, organize information and present real estate options compatible with each person’s profile. When trading requires a more detailed assessment, the attendance can be forwarded to a broker.
Content production is also among the activities that can be aided by the tool. From the information of a property, artificial intelligence can develop descriptions for ads, websites and social networks, in addition to adapting the texts to different audiences. The technology also allows you to organize registrations, track contacts and produce reports in less time.
BRASILIAN REAL ESTATE MARKET MOVES BILLIONS
The Brazilian real estate sector brings together an expressive market. According to data from the Federal Council of Real Estate Brokers (COFECI), the country has about 400,000 brokers and 50,000 real estate brokerage companies. In this scenario, the adoption of new tools can modify the organization of activities and the way companies relate to consumers.
The numbers of the residential real estate market also demonstrate the size of the sector. The Brazilian Chamber of the Construction Industry (CBIC) registered, in 2025, R$ 264.2 billion in general value of sales of residential properties, corresponding to 426.260 units marketed.
At Paraná, the technological transformation also begins to reach companies of different sizes. The Regional Council of Real Estate Brokers of Paraná (CRECI-PR) registers more than 35,000 brokers and approximately 5.8 thousand real estate companies in the State.
COMPANY OF CAMPOS GERAIS IMPLEMENTS ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
In the Campos Gerais, an example of the application of artificial intelligence is Tavarnaro Consultoria Imobiliária, which started a structured program of deployment of the technology in partnership with Inbix, a company specialized in corporate learning and artificial intelligence.
The project involves training the teams, defining rules for the use of tools and applying technology in different areas of the company. Among the activities contemplated are the qualification of customers, the organization of information, the preparation of proposals and the production of responses to consumers.
For Cassiano Piekarski, co-founder and director of Inbix, the results depend on the integration of the tool in the work processes. “Technology produces better results when it ceases to be just an available tool and becomes part of the company’s processes,” he says.
CAPACITY AND SECURITY ARE CHALLENGES FOR THE SECTOR
Deployment also requires care with information security and the preparation of professionals. For Carlos Ribas Tavarnaro, president of SECOVI-PR, artificial intelligence can reduce the time spent on repetitive tasks and allow brokers to focus their efforts on service, negotiation and customer relationship.
Artificial intelligence can bring important gains to real estate companies because it allows them to do in a few minutes tasks that used to consume hours of work. It can organize information, speed up service, help in the preparation of proposals and allow professionals to have more time for what really requires knowledge, negotiation and relationship with the customer”, says Tavarnaro.
Despite the possibilities, technology does not eliminate the need for human monitoring. The analysis of consumer needs, the negotiation of values and the making of decisions continue to require professional knowledge. In addition, the information produced by artificial intelligence systems needs to be verified before it can be used in advertisements, documents or commercial proposals.
In the evaluation of Vinicius dos Santos, Director of Training and Training of the Regional Campos Gerais of SECOVI-PR, the challenge of companies is to identify the activities that can be improved with the technology and prepare the teams to use it.
“The challenge for real estate companies, therefore, is not simply to adopt an artificial intelligence tool, but to identify where it can produce results, prepare professionals and integrate technology into the company’s processes,” he says.
In the Ponta Grossa region, this movement has already begun. The trend is that artificial intelligence becomes part of an increasing number of real estate market activities, modifying internal processes and expanding the possibilities of service. The pace of this transformation, however, will depend on the structure of each company, the training of professionals and the results obtained with the use of tools.
