For Moisés Cavalcante, partner-owner of the company, remembering the first steps is also recognizing the difficulties and achievements that were part of this journey.

“Our story began with a dream. They were two brothers and two cars. We didn’t have a store, so we started at home, posting the cars and preparing the vehicles we had to sell,” he recalls.

According to Moisés, the growth took place gradually, always with the concern of providing close attention and building lasting relationships with consumers.

“God has always helped us. We always try to do the right thing and treat our customers well. Today we have a team of 12 people, counting on me and William. We are celebrating these ten years and we have only to thank for everything we have achieved," he said.

For William Cavalcante, also a partner-owner, the ten years of history represent a period of learning, evolution and constant search for quality.

"It's ten years of shop, but our professional experience can go beyond thirty. We learn a lot from where we went and cultivate that learning. Today we are very happy and grateful for every client who has been part of this story, for this wonderful team and for this city, of which we are very proud to be a part.”

The entrepreneur also points to the low turnover of employees as one of the positive aspects of the company’s trajectory, highlighting the importance of maintaining a team committed to attending to the public.

"I have been a customer of Cavalcante Veículos for about eight years and I have not had any problems. They are cars of great provenance and excellent quality. I have already indicated it to friends and family, and everyone keeps shopping here,” she says.
