Legal Superação opens new preparatory class for the 48th OAB Exam in Ponta Grossa

The Legal Overcoming Course begins, on October 26, a new preparatory class for the first phase of the 48th Exam of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB), in Ponta Grossa. The training will be carried out in a 100% face-to-face manner and is aimed at students and bachelor's degrees in Law who seek preparation for the exam.

The methodology includes review of legal contents, resolution of questions, simulations and study strategies directed to the evaluation model applied by the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV), responsible for the organization of the Examination of the Order.

The proposal, according to the institution, is to offer a preparation focused on the main contents required in the test and to bring teachers and students closer during the period of study.

In-person preparation and monitoring

Founded by professors Lana Furtado and Danielle Biscaia, the Legal Overcoming Course focuses on the face-to-face format as one of the differentials of preparation. The modality allows the clarification of doubts during the classes, the exchange of experiences between the participants and a closer monitoring of the evolution of the students.

For Professor Lana Furtado, preparation for the Order’s Exam also involves security and confidence at the time of the exam.

“We believe that preparation for the OAB goes far beyond content. Direct contact with experienced teachers, the possibility of clarifying doubts during classes and the exchange of experiences between students make a difference in the construction of knowledge. Our goal is that the student feels prepared and confident to face this challenge,” he says.

Approval in the Examination of the Order is a requirement for enrollment in the boards of the OAB and for the practice of law in Brazil. Assessment requires knowledge of the different areas of law, as well as organization and familiarity with the format of the issues.

According to Professor Danielle Biscaia, a targeted preparation can help candidates in the organization of the study routine and in the identification of the contents that need more attention.

“We know that the preparation for the OAB is a moment of great expectation for the students. Therefore, we seek to offer objective teaching, with guidance, practice and strategies that help each candidate to evolve throughout the course. Rather than transmitting knowledge, we want to be part of this achievement,” he emphasizes.
