Ponta Grossa has R$ 22.2 million in asphalt works approved; see the neighborhoods
Tenders published in the Official Gazette cover six areas of the city, with investments in paving, drainage and urban infrastructure
Prefeitura de Ponta Grossa approved tenders totaling R$ 22.2 million for paving works in six regions of the municipality. The results of the trials were published in the edition of the Official Gazette on Wednesday (23) and include interventions in the Santa Luiza Garden, Palmeirinha, Vila Francelina, Núcleo Santa Lúcia, Jardim Carvalho II and Vila São Vicente of Paula.
In total, the six tender procedures represent a planned investment of R$ 22,209,870.28. The services include asphalt paving and, according to the project of each region, drainage interventions, earthmoving, traffic signage and other improvements in urban infrastructure.
Asphalt reaches 23 streets of the Ouro Verde Garden in Ponta Grossa
With the approval of the results, the winning companies were defined. However, the publication of the documents does not mean that the work has already begun. The approval notices do not indicate the dates foreseen for the start and completion of the works.
St Lucia Core concentrates greater investment
Among the regions contemplated, the St. Lucia Core appears with the highest approved value: R$ 9.7 million. The Electronic Competition No. 036/2026 provides for the execution of works of paving in hot-machined bituminous concrete (CBUQ) in different routes in the region.
The company Antonio Moro e Cia Ltda was declared the winner of the bidding procedure. The approval was signed on September 17 and published in the Official Gazette on Wednesday (23).
Jardim Santa Luiza will have an investment of R$ 5.2 million
The Santa Luiza Garden is also among the regions contemplated by the paving works. The approved tender provides for investments of R$ 5,206,000.00, divided into two lots, both won by the company Total Pav Construção e Locação Ltda.
The first lot, worth R$ 2,734,000.00, includes an area of 8,822.18 square meters of paving. Among the sections provided are roads such as Rua Cardeal, Rua José Epaminondas de Almeida, Rua Adolpho Lamenha de Siqueira Filho, Rua Paulo Wagner, Rua Flamingo and Rua Jordão Cardoso.
The second lot provides an investment of R$ 2,472,000.00 for paving 10,102.8 square meters of Rua Ernesto Degraf, in the stretch between Avenida Frederico Constante Degraf and Avenida Raul Harris. Together, the two plots represent an area of approximately 18,9 thousand square meters of paving in the region.
Vila Francelina and Palmeirinha will also be contemplated
At Vila Francelina, the City Council approved the Electronic Competition No. 039/2026, in the amount of R$ 3,407,000.00. The procedure provides for the paving of 9,328.20 square meters of urban roads, including earthworks, drainage, base and sub-base deployment, cladding, curb, gutter and traffic signage.
Hayar Transportes e Locações Ltda was declared the winner of the tender. In Palmeirinha, the approved investment is R$ 1,829,470.28. The project provides for the paving of 5,068.47 square meters, using asphalt and interlocking concrete blocks.
The contract also includes drainage, earthworks, signage, public lighting and other infrastructure interventions. The company AGV Projetos e Construções Ltda won the bidding procedure.
Jardim Carvalho II and Vila São Vicente of Paula
Two other regions of Ponta Grossa also appear among those contemplated by the results published in the Official Journal. In Jardim Carvalho II, Electronic Competition No. 037/2026 was approved for the value of R$ 683,300.00.
The procedure provides for the execution of asphalt paving works on different roads in the region, with the company Hayar Transportes e Locações Ltda declared the winner. The same company won the tender for the paving works in Vila São Vicente of Paula.
In this case, Electronic Competition No. 041/2026 was approved for the value of R$ 1,384,100.00, also for the execution of asphalt paving in different routes in the region.

The values correspond to the results approved by the City Hall and published on pages 11 to 14 and 20 to 22 of the Official Gazette no 4700, of September 23, 2026.
When will the paving work begin?
Despite the approval of the tenders, the published documents do not establish a timetable for the start of work in the six regions.
The approval represents a stage of the hiring process of the companies responsible for the execution of the services. The effective initiation of interventions depends on the necessary administrative and contractual steps.
In the publications analyzed, the deadlines for the completion of the works were also not informed.
With the tender procedures approved, the next steps should clarify when the services can start and which sections will be served initially in each region of Ponta Grossa.
