Ponta-grossense GIANA opens Zayn's show in São Paulo and moves fans

GIANA opens Zayn's show on São Paulo and lives one of the most striking moments of her career. The singer of Ponta Grossa, in the Campos Gerais do Paraná, was the only Brazilian artist in the program of the performance held on Saturday (10) and took to the stage in front of the fans of the former member of One Direction.

The presentation had an even more special meaning for pontagrossense. Fan of Zayn since adolescence, GIANA celebrated the opportunity to share the programming with an artist who has been part of her musical references since childhood.

On social media, the singer commented on the emotion after leaving the stage and called the performance one of the most special moments of her life.

“Not in my greatest dreams could I have imagined living that. Opening Zayn’s show in Brazil touched me with very strong feelings,” the artist said, thanking the public for the reception of São Paulo.

GIANA remembers childhood dream

During the show, GIANA also spoke directly to the fans about the importance of that moment.

“For me it is a great pleasure to be here opening the show of this artist that we love. I’m very happy as an artist, but also for the 11-year-old GIANA, who was a very, very fan of Zayn. We are not afraid of anything in this life.”

The statement reinforced the symbolic character of the presentation for the singer of Ponta Grossa, which has been expanding its projection in the Brazilian music scene.

Singers present author successes

In addition to the songs themselves, GIANA prepared a surprise for the public by presenting a cover of "Let Me Love You", a track associated with the first years of Zayn's solo career. The music was accompanied by the fans present at the event.

Among the songs chosen for the repertoire were “Felídia”, “Segredo Clichê”, “Vestígios Carnais”, “Gata Anos 2000” and “Pra Recordar de Mim no Fone”.

Part of this repertoire was also present in the presentation made by the singer in Curitiba last month.

Ponta Grossa Artist Expands National Projection

The fact that GIANA opens Zayn’s show represents another important step in the artist’s trajectory.

A native of Ponta Grossa, she has built a strong presence on digital platforms and has already gathered more than 4 million followers on social networks. Parallel to the growth of the internet, the singer invests in the consolidation of her musical career and in the circulation of her authorial work throughout the country.

After the presentation on Saturday, GIANA continues the schedule of the FELÍDIA tour, with shows in different Brazilian cities.

The singer will also have a new meeting with the São Paulo audience on November 7, when she returns to São Paulo to present her full show at Casa Rockambole.

The night next to Zayn thus becomes one of the most symbolic chapters of the artist’s trajectory, uniting the fan who accompanied the singer from childhood to the professional who, years later, managed to share with him the same programming of a major musical event.
