Pre-selection defines the 11 candidates for the competition of Queen of Piraí Rodeio Fest 2026

LA preparation for the Piraí Rodeio Fest 2026 is already moving Piraí do Sul. On the afternoon of Wednesday (9), the pre-selective contest was held that will define the Queen of the Rodeo and the other representatives of this year's edition.

The activity was promoted by the City Hall of Piraí do Sul, through the Municipal Secretariat of Education and Culture and the Municipal Secretariat of Sports and Tourism, and took place in the Hall Noble of the Municipal Palace. The pre-selection was carried out in a format restricted to the public, ensuring an adequate environment for the development of evaluations and for the individual analysis of the participants.

During the afternoon, the candidates were evaluated by a judging committee in different stages. The process considered the videos previously sent by the participants, in addition to the individual presentation and a question stage, which made it possible to observe aspects such as posture, development, sympathy, communication and ability to express themselves.

The proposal of the pre-selection was to identify the candidates who met the criteria established to advance to the next stage of the competition. After the evaluation, 11 participants were classified and are still in the contest for the titles of this edition:

The selection of the representatives of Piraí Rodeio Fest 2026 will be held on September 26, at 6 pm, at the Samuel Milléo Sports Gymnasium.

On the occasion, the titles of Queen of the Rodeo, 1st Princess, 2nd Princess and Godmother of the Pawns will be defined. The final stage will be the time when the qualified candidates will again present themselves before the public and the judging committee for the definition of the official representatives of the rodeo.

The expectation now is for the big night of the contest, when the 11 qualified candidates will compete for the titles and will have the opportunity to represent the Piraí Rodeio Fest 2026 during the event.
