Two men are arrested by PCPR during execution of warrants in Jaguariaíva
PCPR executes two arrest warrants in Jaguariaíva on Tuesday (29), during actions by the Civil Police at different locations in the city.
The Civil Police of Paraná (PCPR) served two arrest warrants in Jaguariaíva on the morning of Tuesday (29), during actions coordinated by the 42nd Regional Police Station of the municipality. The diligences took place in different parts of the city and resulted in the arrest of two men who had judicial orders issued by the Justice.
The first greeting took place around 9 am, when teams from the Investigations and Captures Sector moved to a residence located in the Bosque da Saúde neighborhood. At the address, the police officers complied with search and arrest warrants and pre-trial detention.
According to the Civil Police, the court order was issued because of the non-compliance with emergency protective measures. During the search carried out in the property, no illicit material was found. The suspect was located at the scene and received a voice of arrest.
Then, at around 10 am, the police team carried out the fulfillment of the second arrest warrant in Jaguariaíva. This time, the court order was civil in nature. The man was found by the police in a company located in the Industrial District of the municipality.
After being informed about the content of the court decisions and guided about their rights and legal guarantees, the two men were referred to the local Public Chain, where they remain at the disposal of the Justice.
The action is part of the work carried out by the Civil Police in the Campos Gerais region for the compliance with judicial determinations and support to ongoing investigations.
