Which is the most "Lulista" neighborhood in Ponta Grossa? See the vote
The area recorded 45.67% of valid votes for the president in the first round; the survey compares 93 neighborhoods and locations from the electoral registry
The Colônia Sutil registered the highest percentage of votes in Lula in Ponta Grossa in the first round of the 2026 presidential election. In the electoral section installed in the Community Center of Colônia Sutil, the president received 58 of the 127 valid votes, equivalent to 45.67%.
The result is part of the survey analyzed by BnT Online based on the voting spreadsheet, which gathers information identified as coming from the ballot papers and the electoral register of the Superior Electoral Court (TSE). The comparison covers 93 neighborhoods and localities, distributed in 127 polling places and 781 polling stations.
In Colônia Sutil, Flávio Bolsonaro received 55 votes, or 43.31% of the valid ones. The other candidates received 14 votes, corresponding to 11.02%. The difference between Lula and Flavio was only three votes, equivalent to 2.36 percentage points.
Jardim Cachoeira and Costa Rica complete the top positions
The second highest percentage of Lula was recorded in the group identified as Jardim Cachoeira/Cara-Cara/015ZE. The president received 109 of the 245 valid votes, reaching 44.49%. Costa Rica, where Lula won 220 votes, reached 43.74%. Check out the five locations with the highest percentages:

Having one of Lula’s highest percentages does not necessarily mean that he won in that locality. In Jardim Cachoeira, for example, Flávio Bolsonaro received 119 votes, ten more than the president. At Colônia Sutil and in Costa Rica, Lula was ahead of Flavio.
Percentage outperforms municipal results
In all of Ponta Grossa, Lula received 56,136 of the 198,330 valid votes for president, corresponding to 28.30%. In Colônia Sutil, its participation was 17.37 percentage points above the municipal result.
In absolute number of votes, the leadership among the groups analyzed belongs to the Jardim Carvalho, with 2,544 votes in Lula. Uvaranas followed with 1,724, followed by Santa Paula with 1,695.
How to interpret the “most lulistic” region
Considering the highest percentage of votes in Lula among the analyzed localities, Colônia Sutil leads the ranking. The result, however, represents the vote recorded in that ballot box and does not allow to assign a political position to all residents.

The survey groups the votes by the location of the voting spaces, not by the residential address of the voters. In addition, the names of the electoral register include villages and rural areas and do not necessarily correspond to the consolidated official districts of Ponta Grossa.
The percentages consider only the votes valid for president. White votes, null votes and abstentions are out of the calculation.
