Opens doors to universities
The state secretary of Education, Roni Miranda, stressed that the exam represents a decisive stage in the trajectory of students who are completing the Ensino Médio.
“It is a very important moment for students of the Paraná state network who are completing the Ensino Médio. An opportunity to join several higher education access programs that use the result of Enem, such as Sisu, Prouni and Fies,” he said.
The Enem grade can be used to contest positions in public universities through the Unified Selection System (Sisu), to apply for scholarships in private institutions through the University for All Program (Prouni) and to access student funding through Fies.
The performance is also accepted in selective processes of higher education institutions in Portugal.
Paraná offers free preparation tools
Throughout the year, students of the state network had access to different educational resources aimed at preparing for Enem.
Among them is the platform Enem Paraná, which offers simulated, video lessons and podcasts. Students also have the Writing Paraná, focused on the development of writing, and the Leia Paraná, which offers digital books and audiobooks.
Another initiative is the Enem Writing Circuit, which reached its second edition in 2026, with themes related to contemporary issues, such as artificial intelligence, climate change, migration and the impacts of sports betting on society.
The guidance of the Secretary of State for Education is that candidates should check the test site in advance and plan the trip to avoid delays.
“Arriving early and well prepared is very important to have a good test. I am sure we will have good results for everything that the students have built over these years, along with their teachers,” Roni Miranda said.
Transportation for students
Students in the state network who depend on transport to reach the application sites should consult their schools or the Regional Education Nuclei. The Government of Paraná articulates with the free alternative municipalities of displacement, but the offer varies according to the municipality.
