MC Paiva and Soso Careca announce first child
MC Paiva and Soso Careca announced the pregnancy of their first child. The news was shared on social media with an ultrasound photo. The announcement comes after months of ups and downs in their relationship.
Funk player MC Paiva and influencer Sophia Florence, known as Soso Careca, announced this week that they are expecting their first child. The novelty was shared in a joint post on social networks, in which the couple celebrated the moment. "Three months with the purest love there is," they wrote in the caption.
The publication included the image of the baby's ultrasound, but the child's sex was not revealed. In the comments, followers congratulated the couple, while others expressed surprise at the news. MC Paiva is already the father of two children from a previous relationship.
Repercussions among fans and followers
The news quickly generated engagement on social media. Many fans left messages of affection and health wishes for the pregnancy. Others, however, showed amazement at the announcement, recalling the couple’s recent history of comings and goings.
The surprise of the public is justified by the troubled trajectory of the relationship. The couple publicly announced the soap opera in January 2026. In July of the same year, they came to communicate the end of the relationship.
Reconciliation after a silly fight
The break-up was motivated by the approach of Soso Careca with the influencer Malevola Alves. The two had engaged in a controversy months earlier, which generated public friction. The rapprochement displeased MC Paiva, who said he was hurt by the situation.
Days after the announcement of the end, however, the couple returned. During a live broadcast, the two declared that the fight had been silly and that they had re-established the relationship. The reconciliation was received with relief by the fans.
Origin of the controversy with Maleficent
The friction with Maleficent Alves began when the influencer performed a light procedure with the hairdresser Robson Souza. Malevolent publicly criticized the care received, which generated reaction from professionals in the area.
The hairdresser’s defense gained support from other influencers, including Soso Careca. She spoke out against Maleficent’s stance and stated that “you cannot put a price on the work of others.” The statement intensified the disagreement between the two.
Accusation of transphobia and fight in cinema
MC Paiva also entered the discussion and exchanged messages with Maleficent. The influencer then published prints of the conversation and accused the singer of transphobia. The prosecution expanded the repercussions of the case on social media.
The situation ended in a widespread fight at a mall cinema in the East Zone of São Paulo. The episode gained prominence in the press and among content creators. Months after the confusion, Sophia and Maleficent appeared together on a live broadcast.
MC Paiva's grief and statement
The rapprochement between the two influencers bothered MC Paiva. In a statement reproduced on the networks, the singer said he felt hurt. “I didn’t like it, I didn’t find the time for what happened today,” he said.
The funkeiro also criticized the fact that he was the last to know about the situation. "I don't like to be the last to know, especially about a boring situation that happened, a cowardice that Sofia and I suffered," he said. He said he would fight again to defend the woman he loves.
Pregnancy marks a new phase
The announcement of the pregnancy occurs at a time of apparent stability for the couple. The post with ultrasound symbolizes a new stage in the relationship, now expanded by the arrival of the first child in common. The source did not detail the expected date for delivery.
The couple did not say whether they would soon reveal the sex of the baby. There are also no details about tea revealing plans or other events. The expectation is that new chapters of the story will be shared on social networks.
Repercussions and next steps
The news of the pregnancy rekindled the public's interest in the trajectory of MC Paiva and Soso Careca. The couple accumulates millions of followers and maintains a strong digital presence. The gestation should generate new content and engagement in the coming months.
For the fans, it remains to follow the unfoldings of this new phase. The Boca no Trombone Portal will keep an eye out for updates on the case. Meanwhile, readers can check out other entertainment news and celebrities on our page.
