Sanepar Center in Ponta Grossa Was Inaugurated at ACIPG and Receives Praise from SECOVI-PR. Learn About the Services Offered to Companies.

Sanepar’s new Business Relationship Center in Ponta Grossa, inaugurated on Thursday (29), received praise from the Paraná Housing and Condominium Union (SECOVI-PR). The unit operates on the third floor of the Commercial, Industrial and Business Association of Ponta Grossa (ACIPG) and aims to expedite the service to the demands of the business and real estate sector.
The space was developed to serve real estate, condominium administrators, builders, developers, industries and commercial establishments that need services related to water supply and sanitary depletion.
The initiative seeks to facilitate the forwarding of projects, technical requests and commercial procedures, reducing the bureaucracy faced by companies that depend on these services to develop their activities.
SECOVI-PR highlights the importance of the new unit
The president of SECOVI-PR, Carlos Ribas Tavarnaro, stressed that the plant’s deployment meets an old demand from the Ponta Grossa real estate sector.
“Time is the most scarce resource in the corporate world today. In the real estate world this element is even more strategic. So a business-oriented unit to address water and sewage demands will be very useful for the Ponta Grossa community,” he said.
Tavarnaro also congratulated Sanepar for the initiative and ACIPG for providing the space for the installation of the structure.
According to him, the expectation is that the new service will provide more agility to the processes and benefit both companies and consumers.
What services will be offered by Sanepar?
The plant will have two full-time Sanepar professionals, as well as a self-service terminal for simpler operations.
Among the main demands that may be addressed are:
Analysis and approval of hydrosanitary projects;
Requests and technical consultations related to water and sewage;
Business procedures of companies and real estate;
Infrastructure guidelines for new ventures;
Meeting the demands of managers and condominiums;
Remote meetings with technical teams and company representatives.
The commercial director of Sanepar, Sergio Portela, explained that the proposal is to offer a direct communication channel for business customers who have frequent or more complex demands.
The plant will also allow certain steps of procedures to be anticipated by digital means, contributing to improve the relationship between the company and the productive sector.
Real estate sector expects red tape reduction
For Gelisson Gugelmin, Director of Sales and Launches of Regional Campos Gerais of SECOVI-PR, the structure represents an opportunity to improve the progress of processes related to real estate development.
“Today the bureaucratic procedures can take longer than the works themselves. The benefit, therefore, will also reach final customers, especially in procedures involving transfer of ownership and real estate-related care,” he stressed.
The Director of Communication and Marketing of Regional Campos Gerais of SECOVI-PR, Mari Kermelin, also highlighted the benefits for real estate companies, managers and condominiums.
According to her, changes in ownership, requests for services and procedures related to the entry and exit of residents are part of the routine of these companies. With a specialized channel, the expectation is to facilitate service and reduce operational difficulties.
Fernando Cunha Souza Filho, Deputy Regional Delegate of the Regional Council of Real Estate Brokers (CRECI) in Ponta Grossa, evaluated that direct communication with Sanepar professionals could provide more adequate technical guidance and greater agility in the processes.
New structure can contribute to the growth of Ponta Grossa
The president of ACIPG, Leonardo Puppi Bernardi, stressed that access to sanitation services is critical for the economic and urban expansion of Ponta Grossa.
Residential developments, subdivisions, industries and commercial establishments depend on adequate water supply and sewage collection infrastructure to start or expand their operations.
Bernardi stressed that the analysis of projects and the processing of documents can directly influence investment schedules.
In this context, the rapprochement between Sanepar and the business sector could contribute to improve planning and facilitate the implementation of new ventures.
The expectation of SECOVI-PR is that the Business Relations Center will become an important tool for the real estate and economic development of Ponta Grossa and Campos Gerais, providing more efficient service to companies and, consequently, benefits to the population.
