Medical Care in Uvaranas is Expanded with Partnership Between Santa Casa and Super Dr, Which Now Receives Specialists and Offers Exams
The offer of medical care in Uvaranas gains reinforcement from this Thursday (1st). The specialist doctors of the Santa Casa de Ponta Grossa Medical Center also carry out consultations in the Super Dr structure, expanding the services available to residents of the region. The initiative strengthens a partnership maintained by the two institutions for more than three years and seeks to bring specialized medical services closer to the population.
With the novelty, patients will be able to access professionals and new specialties without the need to move to other Ponta Grossa regions. In addition to medical consultations, the structure also allows for laboratory examinations, imaging examinations and procedures.
Partnership expands presence of Santa Casa
The initiative also extends the operation of the Santa Casa de Ponta Grossa Medical Center. Professionals who are already part of the clinical body of the institution will be able to work in another point of the city, increasing the possibilities of access to specialized care. According to the provider of Santa Casa, Juarez Antônio Carvalho, the measure is part of the strategy to bring the services of the institution closer to the community.
“One of our priorities is to make the Santa Casa structure and professionals ever closer to the population. This partnership with Super Dr allows us to broaden access to Santa Casa services and bring quality service to a region that is constantly growing,” he says.
According to Carvalho, the initiative especially benefits the residents of Uvaranas and reinforces the institution's commitment to the health of the population.
Relations between institutions began more than three years ago
The partnership between Santa Casa and Super Dr began more than three years ago, with the Super Dr accreditation for Santa Casa Card recipients. Since then, the relationship between the institutions has been expanded and now also includes the presence of specialist doctors from the Santa Casa Medical Center in the Uvaranas unit.
For Fabio Nabozni, the founding partner of Super Dr, the expansion represents a new stage of the partnership.
“Super Dr was born with the purpose of offering, in a democratic and inclusive way, a new concept in health services, with a focus on care and the humanization of each care, whether private, by agreement or health plan,” he emphasizes.
According to Nabozni, the union between the institutions occurred by the proximity of purposes and values. For him, the expansion of services represents a step forward not only for Uvaranas, but also for Ponta Grossa and Campos Gerais.
Consultations, examinations and procedures
With the new stage of the partnership, the two institutions intend to integrate structures, professionals and services to expand the service in the Uvaranas region.
The proposal is to offer in one place possibilities for specialized consultations, laboratory tests, imaging tests and other procedures, facilitating the access of the population to health care.
