Fitness sector entrepreneur is accused of alleged R$4 million fraud in Ponta Grossa
Fitness sector entrepreneur from Ponta Grossa is accused of suspected R$4 million fraud and threats against ex-partner

A businessman working in the academies branch in Ponta Grossa, in Campos Gerais, became the target of a criminal complaint filed by the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Paraná (MPPR). He is accused of involvement in an alleged wealth fraud scheme that would have caused millionaire damage to his ex-partner, as well as episodes of threats against her and her mother.
The charge was referred to the 1st Domestic and Family Violence Court against the Woman of Ponta Grossa. In all, the Public Prosecutor’s Office attributes to the businessman five crimes, two of which are stelionate and three of threat, related to family conflicts and the dispute over the patrimony of the former couple.
The transfer of companies is investigated
The main point of the complaint involves a company movement estimated at R$ 4 million. According to the prosecution, the businessman took advantage of the access to the digital information of the former company to make changes in the ownership of two companies linked to it.
It is suspected that the password of the woman on the Gov.br platform was used without authorization to formalize the full transfer of their corporate holdings to a holding controlled exclusively by the investigated party.
Although the documents of the operation recorded a negotiation of R$ 4 million, the amount would not have been effectively paid to the former owner of the quotas.
For the Public Prosecutor's Office, the facts presented indicate a possible fraud practiced amid the relationship of trust between those involved.
Justice imposes restrictions on property
The dispute also involves goods of high commercial value. Among the assets associated with one of the companies is a Porsche Panamera, valued at approximately R$ 870,000.
In view of the possibility of disposal or transfer of assets during the course of the proceedings, the Court granted an injunction restricting the movement of business quotas and vehicles involved.
The determination has a preventive character and seeks to avoid patrimonial changes that may compromise eventual financial reparation to the woman.
Lawyers Fernando Madureira and Adriele Andrade, responsible for the legal representation of the former partner, maintain that the corporate operations occurred irregularly, without the client’s consent.
Threats would have occurred during property disputes
In addition to the financial issues, the complaint describes situations of intimidation that would have occurred after the breakup of the relationship.
According to the prosecution, the businessman would have sent messages to the former companion in order to prevent her from seeking justice to discuss the division of property.
In one of the messages mentioned in the procedure, he would have made references to violent consequences if the woman entered a legal action.
The victim’s mother was also threatened. According to the Public Prosecutor’s Office, the defendant tried to use his ex-sister-in-law as an intermediary to pressure his daughter to abandon the dispute over property.
The episodes are treated by the prosecution as possible threatening crimes committed in the context of domestic and family violence.
Businessman banned from approaching ex-girlfriend
Due to the facts reported, the Judiciary granted an emergency protective measure to the woman.
The decision establishes a minimum distance of 200 meters between the entrepreneur and the former companion, in addition to prohibiting any form of contact.
The possible non-compliance with the restrictions may result in new judicial measures, including pre-trial detention, provided that legal requirements are met.
Complaint still depends on analysis of the Justice
The filing of the complaint by the Public Prosecutor’s Office does not represent a conviction. The next step will be the analysis of the Judiciary, which should decide on the receipt of the prosecution.
If the complaint is accepted, the entrepreneur will respond formally to the criminal action, with the right to broad defense and contradictory.
The indictment involves two alleged crimes of stelionate and three episodes of threat. The definition of a possible sentence will depend on the proof of the facts, the legal framework and the circumstances analyzed by the Court.
Until there is a final court decision, the presumption of innocence remains valid.
