Cultural Plural Fair brings music, theater and dance in free event this Saturday in PG
Cultural Plural Fair, an extension project of UEPG, takes place at Sesc Estação Saudade from 14h to 17h, and is part of the celebrations for the 15th anniversary of the group activities
The Plural Culture Fair arrives at its 11th edition on Saturday (26), with a free program that brings together musical performances, theater, dance, art and craft exhibitions. The event takes place from 2 pm to 5 pm, at Sesc Estação Saudade, and is promoted by the extension project Culture Plural, of the Journalism course of the State University of Ponta Grossa (UEPG).
The program will feature artists, musicians, cultural groups and exhibitors from Ponta Grossa and the region, offering the public an afternoon dedicated to the diversity of artistic manifestations.
This year, the fair also integrates the celebrations of the 15 years of the Plural Culture project, an initiative that develops activities aimed at the enhancement and dissemination of cultural production.
Feira do Cultura Plural brings together musical performances, theatre and dance
The 11th Feira Cultura Plural program will feature different attractions, bringing together music, theater, dance and cultural activities aimed at audiences of different ages.
Among the confirmed participants are Waltinho, Larissa Camillo, Taiko, Raylan Marinho, Júlia Almeida, AJ Prandel, member of the LGBTQIAPN+ Festival, Fabrício Cunha, band A Coisa, DJ Tetê, Leven, Galla Ballet, Lívia Anjos, Gueg and GTU.
The event will also feature Geektopia, which will conduct a nerd quiz, expanding entertainment options for visitors.
The diversity of the attractions seeks to bring the community closer to different artistic languages and provide a meeting space between artists and the public.
Artists and craftsmen will have space for exhibition of works
In addition to the presentations, the fair will feature exhibitors of crafts, art, decoration and authorial productions.
Among the participants are Rúbia Skeika, Lidia Stafin, Maison Rique, Casa do Artesão, Jekapoty Artes, Ana Bendo Aromas, Victor, Rutsa, Pâmela Marques, Wilhelm Gerlinger, Talita Ribeiro, Grazielly Jansen and Sebastião Natálio.
The public will also be able to check out literary exhibitions, including poems from the Devaneios column, by Ingrid Muller, and texts by Yasmin Aguilera.
The proposal is to offer a space for artists and cultural producers to present their works and establish direct contact with the community.
Culture Plural celebrates 15 years of activities
This year’s edition integrates the celebrations of 15 years of Cultura Plural, an extension project linked to the Journalism course of UEPG. The initiative promotes the dissemination of artistic and cultural production, contributing to bring artists, cultural producers, students and the community together.
The Feira Cultura Plural is part of these actions and comes to its 11th edition bringing together different cultural expressions in the same space. The event is free and open to the participation of the entire population.
