Teen is caught with an irregular motorbike in Ponta Grossa

A motorized bicycle in Ponta Grossa was seized during a traffic inspection held on Saturday afternoon (12), in the Cara Cara neighborhood. The approach came after a complaint received by the service center, informing that minors were performing dangerous maneuvers with a motorized bicycle in the region.

According to information passed on by the patrulhamento viário team, the agents went to Padre João Pedro Madaille Street to verify the situation. At the site, the professionals located a motorized bicycle circulating with characteristics considered irregular.

During the approach, the team found that the vehicle had a high noise exhaust and was without the silent device, increasing the noise caused by the operation of the engine.

After the stop, officers checked that the driver was a 16-year-old teenager. According to the registered service, the motorized bicycle also did not present documentation proving its provenance or ownership.

Faced with the situation, the team carried out the seizure of the vehicle. The adolescent was guided and handed over to legal guardians after the procedures carried out on site.

The motorized bicycle was withdrawn from circulation until the condition of the vehicle and its document regularity are verified.
