Ponta Grossa wins on Saturday (17) a new dealership specializing in electric vehicles of duas rodas. Yadea Eletra inaugurates a unit in the city, expanding the brand’s presence in the Paraná and betting on the growth of electric mobility in the Campos Gerais.

The inauguration is scheduled for 10.30 am, at Rua Francisco Ribas, corner with Rua Saldanha Marinho, in the central region. The store will be managed by Erdson Narciso Helfenstein and represents the seventh unit of the Eletra group.

According to the company, the choice of Ponta Grossa accompanies the increase in demand for more economical, sustainable and suitable means of transport for day-to-day travel.

“Moved by innovation and sustainability, electric mobility has come to accelerate the potential of Ponta Grossa and transform the way the city moves,” says Helfenstein.

Models include options without the need for plating

Among the highlights available in the unit are vehicles classified as self-propelled, which, according to the characteristics and framework provided by the legislation, can be used without the need for IPVA placement and collection.

Models such as GFX6, Owin, M6-H and DT3 feature a 1000W engine, speeds up to 32 km/h and informed ranges up to 71 kilometers. The lineup also includes the GB60, with 800W motor.

Lithium batteries are removable and can be charged in common bivolt sockets, which allows recharging in homes or workplaces without the need for a special charging structure.

For those looking for higher performance, the company also sells the Yadea Keenes, an electric motorcycle with a rated power of 5,500W and an informed maximum speed of up to 100 km/h. Unlike self-propelled models, it requires laying and follows the rules applicable to motorcycles.

Company bets on economics and specialized assistance

The dealership will also have specialized technical assistance, supply of original parts and a two-year warranty, according to the group.

The proposal is to serve both consumers interested in reducing fuel and maintenance costs and people looking for alternatives to shorter urban routes.

Yadea claims to be present in more than 100 countries and presents itself as a world leader in the duas rodas electric vehicle segment. In Brazil, the models marketed by the group have assembly in the Manaus Free Zone, with distribution starting from São Paulo.

Ponta Grossa integrates expansion plan in Paraná

The Ponta Grossa unit is part of Yadea Eletra’s expansion strategy for the Paraná. The group currently has stores in Curitiba, Londrina, Maringá, Paranavaí and Paranaguá, in addition to the new operation in the Campos Gerais.

According to Marcello Macedo, manager and partner of the Yadea Eletra Group, the intention is to extend the presence of electric mobility to cities that function as regional hubs.

“We want to strengthen the electric mobility network beyond the big capitals,” he says.

In addition to its own stores, the group maintains a program aimed at opening new partner operations, with commercial support, management systems, training, marketing actions and follow-up of the first months of the business.

Inauguration will have test-ride

During the opening of the unit in Ponta Grossa, the public will be able to know different models and participate in test-rides. The team will also provide guidance on range, charging, maintenance and differences between electric vehicle categories.
