Bus overturns with 18 people and mobilizes rescue in PG
Accident occurred on Saturday night (11th), near Heineken, in a construction area; heavy rain was hitting the region at the time of the incident

A bus crashed late on Friday on a stretch of the BR-376 highway located near Heineken at Ponta Grossa. The accident happened next to a viaduct that gives access to the Uvaranas region.
The first information obtained at the site of the accident by the BnT Online is that the bus would have left the track and tumbled on the side of the highway, in a stretch that passes through works. Images show the vehicle completely inclined, off-track, while emergency teams work on the call.
At the time of the accident, it rained heavily on the site, leaving the track quite wet. It is not yet possible to say whether the climatic conditions were directly related to the tumbling.
About 18 people were on the bus.
Preliminary information indicates that approximately 18 people were involved in the incident. Firefighters teams were mobilized and appear in the images performing the service on site. To date, there is no official confirmation of the exact number of injured or the severity of possible injuries. The situation is still in attendance.
